Leon Panetta, a former Chief of Staff under Bill Clinton, was nominated Director of the CIA by President Obama.  He has no direct experience in the intelligence establishment, though he was part of the CIA briefings President Clinton received on a daily basis.

You are the Senate Intelligence Committee, tasked with passing on a recommendation to the full Senate on whether or not to confirm Mr Panetta as Director of CIA.
