The first elim break in Speech events has been posted.  Please note the starting times:  Extemp Draw at 8:45, Quarters in Ext, DP and OI at 9:15,  Semifinals for OO and Declamation at 11:00, and all other semifinals at 11:30.

Judges have been posted.  Hired judges are expected to come on standby.  Remember that judges are obligated one round past their students, and the penalty for failing to appear in time for your round is $50 in elimination rounds.

Speech Elim Postings

The following teams advance to the Partial Doubles round in Public Forum Debate.  The round begins at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. Ballots and pairings will be released at Lerner at 7:30 tomorrow morning. ALL JUDGES IN NOVICE LD ARE OBLIGATED TO JUDGE THIS ROUND WHETHER OR NOT STUDENTS HAVE ADVANCED. If you fail to report for an elimination round, your fee will be $50.

The Student Congress Final Round will be at 10:00 AM (Sleep in a little!).

Please meet to go to the final round at the Ballot Table on the Lerner Hall ramp.  We will walk over to the room together.

Judges will be Congress Director Eva Lam, Dan Chaparian, and Jack Solytsik.  All are former national champions in Congress.
