VLD update

Edit to the invite: VLD judge information is due by Monday January 18th at 9:00 PM. Columbia will be using a system of Mutually Preferred Judging. You may enter your rating preferences online on tabroom.com starting at noon on Tuesday January 19th. MPJ ratings must be entered by 9:00 PM on Thursday, January 21st if you wish to participate in MPJ judge ratings. MPJ ratings will also include a number of strikes depending on the size of the judging field.Students in their junior or senior years of debating may judge the Novice division. You may not cover IE, PF or VLD entries with student novice-only judges.
The tournament packet has been updated to reflect this change.
